FAQs

What can a new client expect during their first session with you?

In your first session, you can expect a warm welcome in a safe space. This space is designed to help you feel empowered and confident about sharing your thoughts and feelings.

Whether it be in person, online, or over the phone, the essence of our work together is mutual respect and understanding. During this session, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve through counselling, laying the foundation for your journey toward healing and growth.

How do you tailor your sessions to individual needs?

My approach to counselling is person-centred, meaning that the sessions are entirely led by you, the client. I believe in the unique experiences and perspectives of each individual.

I’m here to facilitate your growth and healing by listening to your needs, preferences, and pace. Together, we will explore what works best for you, ensuring that our sessions are personalised and relevant to your specific circumstances and goals.

Have you received any specialised training that enhances your practice?

Yes, I have completed various specialised training programs that complement my foundational counselling education. These include further studies focused on different mental health issues and therapeutic techniques, enhancing my ability to support clients facing a broad range of challenges.

My ongoing professional development ensures that I am equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide effective and empathetic care.
